SRES® - Seniors Real Estate Specialist
As a Seniors Real Estate Specialist® (SRES®) I have completed specialized training to help home buyers and sellers aged 50 and older.
I provide the following services to my senior clients:
- Help with downsizing: I guide clients through leaving a long-time family home and moving to a smaller space or a senior community.
- Provide access to unique financing: I help clients use pensions, IRAs, 401(k) accounts, and reverse mortgages in a property deal.
- Connect clients with experts: I work with a trusted network of elder law attorneys, tax advisors, and estate planners.
- Focusing on accessibility: I can help identify home features or updates that make it safe to age in place.
